On October 2, 2025, the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Alice Lee, age 62, with last known address of 149 Ivy Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the following: 1) Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses Over $10,000 originating from the ACI Investigations Unit. Ms. Lee was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on $5,000 personal recognizance.
