On Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 10:59 AM, Troopers arrested Kimberly Sinkfield, age 44, of 1517 NW 24th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida for 1.) Fugitive from Justice out of the State of Delaware on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the New Castle Police Department for possession of burglary tools or instruments for facilitating theft. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ten Rod Road in the Town of Exeter. Sinkfield was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Women's Intake Center.
