On Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 5:10 PM, Troopers arrested Jesus Fernandez, age 33 of Eastwood Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Duty to Stop in Accident Resulting in Personal Injury (2 counts) and 2.) Failure to Stop in Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation and Fernandez being located at his residence. Fernandez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
On Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 10:15 PM, Troopers arrested Hailey Hollis, age 25, of 32 Angelo Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I to V (Percocet). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chambers Street, in the City of Providence. Hollis was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and then released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
On Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 12:05 AM, Troopers arrested Sergio Lopes, age 31, of 50 Linden Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Child Endangerment, 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown (Blood Results Pending), 3.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs with a Passenger Under 13, 4.) Reckless Driving, 5.) Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle, 6.) Simple Assault, 7.) Disorderly Conduct, 8.) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty, and 9.) Weapons Other than Firearms. This arrest was the result of motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 146 North, in the City of Providence. Lopes was treated at Rhode Island Hospital, processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and then released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
On Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 2:20 AM, Troopers arrested Rahzell Brown-Woodard, age 25, of 39 Page Terrace, Stoughton, Massachusetts, on a Third Division District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pre-trial Conference on the charge of Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty originating out of the Johnston Police Department. Brown-Woodard was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and then turned over to Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
