On Friday, October 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM, Troopers arrested Robert Stephenson, age 47, of 691 Brayton Road, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Second Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving With a Suspended License originating out of the Little Compton Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street, in the City of Providence. Stephenson was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and then turned over to the Second Division District Court.
On Friday, October 10, 2025, at 5:55 PM, Troopers arrested Christopher Levesque, age 36, of 45 Pickering Street, Apartment 12, Fall River, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs with a BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I BAC = .174, Phase II BAC = .172) and 2.) Driving to Endanger Resulting in Physical Injury. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 95 North, in the City of Providence. Levesque was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
On Friday, October 10, 2025, at 9:20 PM, Troopers arrested Prince Dyante, age 42, of 57 Earle Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street, in the City of Central Falls. Dyante was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
On Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 2:43 AM, Troopers arrested Devan Guilbault, age 30, of 21 Sackett Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs with a BAC .08 – .10 (Phase I BAC = .088, Phase II BAC = .094). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Cranston. Guilbault was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a bail violator.
On Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 3:16 AM, Troopers arrested Braulio Merette, age 20, of 171 Prospect Street, Brockton, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Uknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. Merette was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
