On Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 4:05 PM, Troopers arrested Sysouvanh Sihavong, age 50, of 820 Atwells Avenue, Apt. 15, Providence, Rhode Island for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct, originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Lisbon Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on surety with a future Third Division District Court date.
On Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 9:15 PM, Troopers arrested Dorakis Turvi, age 28, of 13 Chambers Street, Floor 3, Cumberland, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor - .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.203%, Phase II: 0.203%) and 2.) Driving without a License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the Town of North Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held as a probation/bail violator.
On Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:56 PM, Troopers arrested Patrick McClain, age 35, of 39 Bullocks Point Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
