At 11:45 AM, Troopers arrested Jahnia Marks, age 19, of 78 Calder Street, Pawtucket, for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Filing a False Police Report, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of the subject turning herself in to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks. The subject was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
At 9:00 PM, Troopers arrested Alexis Sierra, age 23, of 293 Rockridge Drive, Woonsocket, RI, for 1.) Eluding Police – High Speed Pursuit – 2nd Offense and 2.) Operating with a Suspended License – 4th or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation, and the East Providence Police Department subsequently taking Sierra into custody. Sierra was charged by the East Providence Police Department as a Fugitive from Justice, out of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and was subsequently turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Service Center pending morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.
