On Wednesday, October 16, 2025, at 10:05 AM, Troopers arrested Camila E. Ortiz, age 23, of 111 Jeffers St, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety and 2.) Eluding Law Enforcement – Vehicle in High-Speed Pursuit. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of Richmond. Ms. Ortiz was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, and later transported to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Wednesday, October 16, 2025, at 2:25 PM, Troopers arrested Steven L. Diggs, age 71, of 1110 Decatur Street, Brooklyn, New York for 1.) Possession of Scheduled I to V Controlled Substance 1 Ounce to 1 Kilogram (Methadone). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Diggs was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace with a future Third Division District court date.
On Wednesday, October 16, 2025, at 3:51 PM, Troopers arrested Sayyid Al-Bilali, age 48, of 25 Joseph Perkins Road, Norwich Connecticut, for 1.) Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance – Heroin; 2.) Conspiracy – Felony Greater than Five Years. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution, Men's Intake to be held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich.
