At 12:54 PM, Troopers arrested Rayneshia Rollins, age 28, of 425 Prairie Avenue, Apt. 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Fugitive from Justice out of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant Issued by the Hingham Police Department for Larceny – Conspiracy. The arrest was a result of Troopers responding to the Kent County Courthouse in the City of Warwick. Rollins was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed before being transported to Third District Court for arraignment.
At 11:15 PM, Troopers arrested Rebecka Ortiz, age 33, of 21 Merrill Lane, Unit 2, North Kingstown, Rhode Island 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs - BAC Unknown - Second Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 403 in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barrack,s where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Kevin Griffin, age 33, of 93 West Warwick Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
