At 3:30 AM, Troopers arrested Enrique Sosa, age 21, of 715 Mineral Spring Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Eluding Law Enforcement – High Speed Pursuit – First Offense, and 2.) Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of members of the North Providence Police Department transferring custody of the subject on a State Police affidavit and arrest warrant. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and was held pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
At 4:16 AM, Troopers arrested Gina Aguiar, age 25, of 113 Garfield Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – Second Offense within Five Years, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a single-car motor vehicle accident on Route 95 North at Smithfield Avenue, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for evaluation and was later transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
