On Tuesday October 21, 2025, at 9:05 AM, Troopers arrested Evann Herrera, age 35, of 190 Bloomfield Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Reckless Driving, originating out of the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and a warrant check at Herrera's residence. Herrera was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Tuesday October 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM, Troopers arrested William Monroy, age 43, of 14 Watson Street, FL. 1, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance – Less Than 10 Grams (Methamphetamine). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Monroy was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Tuesday October 21, 2025 at 9:04 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Feliz, age 46, of 155 Stanwood Street, Providence, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ford Street, in the City of Providence. Feliz was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
On Tuesday October 21, 2025, at 11:30 PM, Troopers arrested David Geronimo, age 39, of 130 Goram Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor - BAC .15 or Greater - First Offense (Phase I: 0.212% & Phase II: 0.207%). This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Service Road, in the City of Providence. Geronimo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Tuesday October 21, 2025, at 11:44 PM, Troopers arrested Joanna Velez, age 34, of 20 Magdalene Street, Providence, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue, in the City of Providence. Velez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
On Wednesday October 22, 2025, at 12:43 AM, Troopers arrested Jailson Silva, age 24, 207 Hanover Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Possession of Marijuana – More Than Two Ounces. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue, in the City of Providence. Silva was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a probation violator at Sixth Division District Court.
On October 22, 2025, at 1:21 AM, Troopers arrested Erick Pena, age 25, of 15 Applegate Lane, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense, and 3.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety - First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a single car motor vehicle accident on Route 95 South at Garden Street, in the City of Pawtucket. Pena was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
