On October 23, 2025 at 9:30 AM, Troopers arrested Jiovanny Hernandez, age 33, of 54 Hamilton Street, Apt#2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Contempt of Court, 2) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers taking custody of Hernandez at the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal. Hernandez was processed at State Police Headquarters and transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
On October 24, 2025 at 1:07 AM, Troopers arrested Henry Peguero Pujols, age 29, of 37 Fairmont Ave, Dorchester, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor - .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.153%, Phase II: 0.148%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Niantic Avenue, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
On October 24, 2025 at 3:11 AM, Troopers arrested Ana Campos Velazco, age 25, of 41 Longfellow Terrace Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mount Pleasant Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on surety bail.
