At 10:00 AM, Troopers arrested Santiago Friole, age 68, of 35 Wesleyan Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty, 2.) Driving with Suspended License 4 Or Subsequent Offense, 3.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance, originating out of the Providence Police Department, and 4.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Moore Street in the City of Providence. Friole was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later transported to Sixth Division District Court.
At 2:50 PM, Troopers arrested Kenny Boisvert, age 26, of 233 High Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) A Fugitive from Justice from the State of South Carolina for the original charge of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. This arrest was the result of Trooper Patalano responding to the Providence Superior Court and taking Mr. Boisvert into custody. Mr. Boisvert was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later transported to the ACI – Men's Intake.
At 9:26 PM, Troopers arrested Kevin Domingos, age 58, of 68 Star Street Apartment #1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (Cocaine). This arrest was the result of a pedestrian stop on High Street in the City of Pawtucket. Domingos was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 2:21 AM, Troopers arrested Isaiah Herrera, age 30, of 91 Providence Road, Whitinsville, Massachusetts, for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for arraignment, on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. Herrera was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released on surety with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 2:36 AM, Troopers arrested Dominique Polanco Munoz, age 28, of 585 Mint Street, Melrose, Massachusetts, for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ashton Street in the City of Providence. Polanco Munoz was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, held overnight as a bail violator, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Facility – Intake Service Center.
