At 10:21 AM, Troopers arrested Joel Gbadyu, age 26, of 48 Stanwood Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference, original charge Domestic Violence – Disorderly Conduct, originating out of the Central Falls Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on West Clifford Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake.
At 11:47 PM, Troopers arrested Ambiorix Ogando-Mota, age 37, of 163 Washington Street, Floor 1, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) a Newport County Superior Court Full Bench for violation of probation on the charge of Manufacturing/ Delivery/ Possession with Intent to Deliver originating out of the Tiverton Police department and 2.) a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Eluding Law Enforcement originating out of the Portsmouth Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions - Men's Intake Center.
At 2:14 AM, Troopers arrested Ramon Rodriguez, age 37 of 112 Dawson Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of North Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released pending a future Third Division District Court date.
At 3:02 AM, Troopers arrested Jaden Canales, age 18, of 28 Bourdon Boulevard, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North at Smithfield Avenue, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Woonsocket Police Department.
At 3:51 AM, Troopers arrested Nayelis Rodriguez, age 21, of 80 Pleasant Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense, and 3.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Damage to attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident that had occurred on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
