At 3:40 PM, Troopers arrested Johnnie Bussey, age 40, of 250 Montgomery Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, for an active Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Expired License, originating out of the State Police – Wickford Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 9:57 PM, Troopers arrested Edinson Fuentes Marin, age 36, of 20 Rosner Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C Unknown - First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of Trooper Arboleda responding to assist the North Providence Police Department with a motor vehicle stop on Rosner Avenue in the Town of North Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
