At 10:40 AM, Troopers arrested Alfredo Nufio-Marroguin, age 38, of 24 Courtland Street, Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broadway in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 11:35 PM, Troopers arrested Alvin Howard, age 38, of 1005 Nottingham Way, Hamilton, New Jersey, on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the original charge of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses originating out of Rhode Island State Police – Headquarters. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to the State Police – Scituate Barracks, where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
At 6:30 AM, Troopers arrested Makayla Robinson, age 35 of 953 Danielson Pike, Scituate, RI for Domestic Simple Assault. This arrest was the result of walk in complaint reporting a domestic simple assault and Troopers responding to the residence and taking custody of the subject. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.
