On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 12:27 PM, Troopers arrested Dylan Gregory, age 34, of 54 Bucknam Road, Richmond, Rhode Island for Vandalism. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disturbance at 525 South County Trail in the Town of Exeter. Gregory was transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed before being released with a Notice to Appear in Fourth Division District Court.
On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 8:20 PM, Troopers arrested Ranfi Castillo, age 35, of 70 Harris Avenue, Apartment 1, Cranston, Rhode Island on a Fourth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Driving with Suspended/ Revoked/ Cancelled License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense originating out of Richmond Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike, in the Town of Coventry. Castillo was processed at the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 10:58 PM, Troopers arrested Michelle Weeden, age 35, of 88 Doyle Avenue, Apartment 2, Providence Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates for Failure to Appear originating out of North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center.
On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 2:44 AM, Troopers arrested Lorenzo Jonathan Sanchez Martinez, age 22, of Pargo 286 Anapra, Juarez, Chihuahua, 32107, Mexico, for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
