On Thursday October 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM, Troopers arrested Cassandra Grandy, 32, of 17 Tyndall Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Duty to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle, and 2) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License – 4th and Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident in the City of Pawtucket. Grandy was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
