On Wednesday, October 29, 2025 At 10:40 AM, Troopers arrested Dukenson Merisier, age 37, of 50 Gaudet Street, North Providence, Rhode Island for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses/Personation Over $ 10,000, and 2.) Fraudulently Obtaining Public Assistance Over $500. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation conducted by Trooper Nerney and the North Providence Police Department locating the subject. Merisier was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
