At 7:24 AM, Troopers arrested Frederick C. Pak, age 31, of 222 Waldo Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC .08 to .10 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.087 & Phase II: 0.078%). The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a disabled motor vehicle on Route 4 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 1:07 AM, Troopers arrested Korie Robinson, age 36, of 28 Youngs Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense, 3.) Carrying a Weapon while Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs, 4.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol or Revolver, 5.) Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – Greater than 10 Grams (Psilocybin Mushrooms). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
At 1:07 AM, Troopers arrested Ashly Mendez Torres, age 22, of 168 Rand Street, Apt. 2, Central Falls, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Vandalism originating out of the Central Falls Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where she was processed and transported to the Central Falls Police Department.
