At 5:30 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph King Jr., age 51, of 41 Varnum Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Bank Fraud, 2.) Fraudulent Checks – Over $1,500.00 and 3.) Check Kiting – Over $1,000.00. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and the subject turning himself in at the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future court date
