On Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 11:45 PM, Troopers arrested Jerome Collins, age 35, of 14 Armington Avenue, Apt. 1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Newark Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
