At 8:30 AM, Troopers arrested April Sanchez, age 23, of 242 Pearl Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Domestic Violence – Simple Assault and/or Battery. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Sixth Division District Court for a Disturbance and subsequent address check. Sanchez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
At 9:53 AM, Troopers arrested Yetha Lumumba, age 39, of 405 Western Avenue, South Portland, Maine, for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle or Parts – 1st Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 195 East in the City of East Providence. Mr. Lumumba was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
At 1:04 AM, Troopers arrested Demetrius McFadden, age 24, of 321 Harrison Street, Hoboken, New Jersey, for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, 2.) Reckless Driving, 3.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending a morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.
