At 6:30 PM, Troopers arrested Naomi Little, age 38, of 20 Sutton Lane, Unit 1, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for 1.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Personal Injury and 2.) Operating With a Suspended License – Certain Violations originating out of the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation, and the North Kingstown Police Department subsequently located the party. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 1:45 AM, Troopers arrested Nevaeh Espinosa, age 21, of 34 Lancaster Ave, Warwick, Rhode Island, for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Reckless Driving out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Metcalf Street in the City of Providence. The subject was then transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Women's Intake Center.
At 3:45 AM, Troopers arrested Carlos Santos Cor, age 35, of 44 Regent Ave, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown - First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dean Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
