At 12:13 AM, Troopers arrested Ryan Gobern, age 49, of 44 Cole Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Expired/Without a License out of the Glocester Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Sacred Heart Avenue in the City of Central Falls. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Service Center.
