At 11:02 AM, Troopers arrested Sylvia Moore-Smith, age 35, of 1 Eldon Street, Apt. 5, Dorchester, Massachusetts, for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence – BAC Unknown originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to assist the Capitol Police at the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
