On Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 2:30 PM, Troopers arrested Alexis Cartagena, age 38, of 255 Arnold Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island on a Third District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of 1.) Driving with Expired License originating out of the North Smithfield Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mill Street in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.
On Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 1:52 AM, Troopers arrested Armany Agosto, age 27, of 125 William Street, Apartment 2, Fall River, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown First Offence and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offence. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court
