At 11:00 AM, Troopers arrested Deon Pemberton, 43, of 135 Unit Street, Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge of Violation of a No Contact Order, originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Pemberton was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 11:30 PM, Troopers arrested Donald Parada, age 26, of 1 Barden Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Physical Injury and 2.) Driving so as to Endanger Resulting in Physical Injury. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Troopers responding to Parada's residence. Parada was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and released with a future Sixth District Court Date.
