At 11:38 AM, Troopers arrested David Smith, age 30, of 18 Grover Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an active Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of 1.) Larceny Less than $1,500, originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Park Street in the City of Providence. Mr. Smith was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court.
