ARREST: 2025-163469 LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 1:20 AM, Troopers arrested Otto Rodas-Castillo, age 26, of 208 State Street, Apartment #3, New Bedford, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Edna Street in the City of Providence. Rodas-Castillo was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
