At 11:32 AM, Troopers arrested Julio Goncalves, age 49, of 11 Wilson Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Domestic Vandalism originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disabled motor vehicle on Route 195 East in the City of Providence. Goncalves was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
At 3:46 PM, Troopers arrested Kerri Lavoie, age 54, of 150 Greenville Avenue, Johnston, Rhode Island, for Driving with a Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License- Fourth Offense. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation, and the subject was taken into custody at the Attorney General's Office. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and misdemeanor released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 10:32 PM, Troopers arrested Roy Bautista, age 42, of 110 High Street, Apartment #101, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving with a Suspended License – Special Circumstances. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
