On December 4, 2025 at 10:30 AM, Troopers arrested Russell Hill, age 35 of 6 Main Street, Apt #3. Lincoln, Rhode Island for a 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving Without a License, originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department and 2.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving Without a License, originating out of the Cumberland Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal and taking custody of the subject. The subject was processed at State Police Headquarters and turned over to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
