On Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 12:02 PM, Troopers arrested Balmore Martinez, age 57, of 311 Amherst Street, Third Floor, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Embezzlement and Fraudulent Conversion > 100 and 2.) Fraudulent Use of Credit Card > 100. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Troopers locating Martinez at his residence. Martinez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.
On Friday, December 5, 2025, at 2:52 AM, Troopers arrested Branden Da Gama, age 29, of 17 Winter Street, Cumberland, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown – Second Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – Second Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on School Street, in the City of Pawtucket. Da Gama was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
