At 10:40 AM, Troopers arrested Marc Hie, age 52, of 622 Elmwood Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for an active Third District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for Pre-trial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/revoked/cancelled license originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police- Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to Third Division District Court.
At 10:51 PM, Troopers arrested Adrian Lombard, age 21, of 12 Russell Avenue, Newport, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of 1.) Domestic – Simple Assault originating out of the Newport Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chapman Street in the City of Providence. Lombard was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Newport Police Department.
At 11:52 PM, Troopers arrested Marco Guasco-Zamora, age 43, of 138 Martin Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital by rescue and was later misdemeanor released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 1:56 AM, Troopers arrested Johnathan Herpin, age 19, of 31 Beecher Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Duty to Stop for an Accident Resulting in Damage to the Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the suspect was taken into custody by members of the Pawtucket Police Department. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing, was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 2:13 AM, Troopers arrested Saeed Osorio Hernandez, age 18, of 16 Taft Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense, and 2.) Driving While Impaired Age 18-21 (Phase I: .064%; Phase II: .058%) – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 2:55 AM, Troopers arrested Justin Lucas, age 29, of 80 Mill Street, Hanover, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.233% and Phase II: 0.215%). This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. Lucas was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 3:58 AM, Troopers arrested Caridad Rodriguez, age 45, of 11 Moore Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs B.A.C Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Rodriguez was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
