At 12:30 PM, Troopers arrested Richard Manfredo, age 42, of 77 Lincoln Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Washington County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as a Violator on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V originating out of the Westerly Police Department 2.) Washington County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as a Violator on the original charge of Manufacturing/ Delivery/ Possession with Intent originating out of the Westerly Police Department and 3.) Washington County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as a Violator on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V originating out of the Westerly Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers conducting a wellness check on Garfield Avenue in the City of Cranston. Manfredo was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute- Men's Intake Center.
At 5:28 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph Paine, age 39, of 75 Cleveland Avenue Cranston, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Westerly Police Department on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V 10 Grams or Less. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Paine was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Westerly Police Department.
