On March 12, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Newport Police Department arrested Adrian E. Jones, age 43, of 90 Girard Avenue Apartment 95, Newport, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Middletown Police Department for Violation of No-Contact Order (Felony). Mr. Jones was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Middletown Police Department on scene.
On March 12, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Michael Riveria, age 20, of 1 McTeers Court, West Warwick, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for the following: 1) Domestic Felony Assault; 2) Domestic Failure to Relinquish Telephone; and 3) Domestic Disorderly. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Riveria was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Providence Police Department.
On March 13, 2026, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Clarimar Ramos, age 39, of 462 Manton Avenue Apt. 9, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; and 2) Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Crack Cocaine. Ms. Ramos was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, where she was processed, and then to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
On March 13, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Joshua Lessard, age 45, last known address of 1125 West Shore Road, Floor 1, Warwick, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Warwick Police Department for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Mr. Lessard was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Warwick Police Department.
On March 16, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Little Compton Police Department arrested Luther Parente, age 42, of 305 Long Highway, Little Compton, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Little Compton Police Department for Burglary; 2) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on an original charge of Breaking and Entering out of the Tiverton Police Department; 3) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Violation Hearing on an original charge of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon out of the Little Compton Police Department; and 4) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on an original charge of Second-Degree Robbery out of the Providence Police Department. Mr. Parente was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Little Compton Police Department on scene.
On March 16, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Nicholas Dubois, age 34, of 43B Hillwood Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, on a Rhode Island Parole Board Warrant for Violation of Parole on an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Mr. Dubois was taken into custody without incident and turned over to officials at the Adult Correctional Institutions.
