At 12:45 AM, Troopers arrested Serena Manos, age 28, of 8 Ballard Street, Saugus, Massachusetts, for 1.) Child Endangerment. 2.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I to V- 10 grams > 1 ounce – First Offense. 3.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I to V 10 grams or less. The arrest was the result of locating a vehicle involved in a BOLO from Massachusetts State Police. The vehicle was subsequently stopped on Centerville Avenue in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
