At 12:27 PM, Troopers arrested Marilyn Hammond, age 28, of 335 Dulude Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Possession of a Schedule I to V, originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mill Street in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and later transported to Sixth District Court for Arraignment.
At 9:40 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph Rinaldi, age 62, of 85 Brandon Road, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Receiving Stolen Goods – Less than $1,500, 2.) Possession of Marijuana – More than two (2) Ounces, and 3.) Driving With Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held pending morning arraignment at Third District Court where he will be presented as a bail violator.
At 1:37 AM, Troopers arrested Zamyah Brown, age 19, of 45 Dryden Boulevard, Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Sixth District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Simple Assault originating out of the East Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Women's Intake Center.
