At 1:28 AM, Troopers arrested Steven M, Romano, age 32, of 32 Village Ct, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C .10 - .15 – First Offense (Phase I: .122% and Phase II: .124%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cowesett Avenue in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court
