At 10:10 AM, Troopers arrested Desiree Dennis, age 56, of 51 Joseph Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit & Arrest Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 12:10 AM, Troopers arrested Gerges S. Sarofin Farag, age 19, of 42 Blackstone Street, Apartment 3, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving to Endanger Resulting in Physical Injury; and 2.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety. The arrest was the result of an investigation into a motor vehicle crash on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 2:44 AM, Troopers arrested Mackenzy C. Scott, age 29, of 70 Updike Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Providence Police Department for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
