On March 17, 2026, members of Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Armany Feliz Romero, age 19, of 631 Chalkstone Avenue Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department for the following: 1) Assault with a Dangerous Weapon; 2) First-Degree Robbery; 3) Breaking and Entering; 4) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle; and 5) Conspiracy (4 counts); and Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Central Falls Police Department for the following: 1) Robbery; 2) Felony Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (2 counts); 3) Conspiracy to Commit Robbery; 4) Attempted Larceny; 5) License or Permit for Carrying a Pistol; 6) Using a Firearm while Committing a Crime of Violence; and 7) Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Romero was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Central Falls Police Department.

On March 17, 2026, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Ramon Rodriguez, age 37, of 112 Dawson Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Vandalism/Malicious Damage to Property of a Video Lottery Terminal (VLT). Mr. Rodriguez was taken into custody at Bally's Twin River Casino and transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing. Mr. Rodriguez was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Saccoccio, released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and issued a future Third District Court Date.

On March 18, 2026, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Curtlyn Bontemp, age 26, of 20 Bonaparte Street, North Providence, Rhode Island, for Willful Trespass. Mr. Bontemp was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and held pending his arraignment in Third District Court, where he will be presented as a Probation Violator.

On March 19, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Nathan Filomeno-Tek, age 28, last known address of 80 Linden Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Filomeno-Tek was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was granted $1,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.

On March 19, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Frank Green, age 52, last known address of 94 Alexander Street, North Providence, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Domestic Violation of No Contact Order 3rd offense. Mr. Green was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was presented as a Superior Court violator, granted $5,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.

On March 19, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Anthony Marrero, age 18, last known address of 28 Benefit Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Simple Assault. Mr. Marrero was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was granted $1,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.

On March 19, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Jason Sowersby, age 54, last known address of 18 Briar Drive, Westport, Massachusetts, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Connecticut. Mr. Sowersby was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs' Department pending his return to Connecticut.

On March 19, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Kyle Cooper, age 30, last known address of 194 Ohio Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Domestic Violation of No Contact Order 3rd offense. Mr. Cooper was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was presented as a Superior Court violator, granted $3,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.

On March 19, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, assisted by the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Service (VFAS) and the Boston Police Department, arrested Roy Bone, age 46, last known address of 21 Dendron Road, South Kingstown, Rhode Island, on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the following: 1) Breaking and Entering – Nighttime; and 2) Assault and Battery with Dangerous Weapon. Mr. Bone was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment.

On March 19, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Warwick Police Department arrested Nicole M. Dimeo, age 39, last known address of 453 Namquid Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Fugitive from Justice Warrant from the State of Florida for Probation Violation on an original charge of Dangerous Drugs; and 2) Providence County Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on an original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V originating from the Providence Police Department. Ms. Dimeo was taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
