On Friday, March 21, 2026, at 9:03 AM, Troopers arrested Tammy Silva, age 51, of 480 South County Trail, Trailer 1-14, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Willful Trespass. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Split Rock Trailer Park for reports of an unwanted party. The subject was transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and misdemeanor released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
On Friday, March 21, 2026, at 7:40 PM, Troopers arrested Nicholas Cirignano, age 45, of 105 Randolph Street, Abington, Massachusetts, for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference, on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance, originating out of the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ford Lane, in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and later transported the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
