On Friday, March 20, 2026, at 11:30 AM, Troopers arrested Marcos Caceres Nunez, age 24, of 123 Chester Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for Duty to Stop Accident Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle. This arrest was the result of an investigation and Caceres Nunez being located by the Warwick Police Department. Caceres Nunez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
On Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 12:43 AM, Troopers arrested Jared Acosta, age 26, of 23 School Street, First Floor, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of an investigation and Acosta being located by the Middletown Police Department. Acosta was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Third Division District Court.
On Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 12:45 AM, Troopers arrested Sean Williams, age 47, of 7420 Wright Drive, Atlanta, Georgia, for Domestic Violation of a No Contact Order – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pawtucket Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. Williams was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a probation violator.
On Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 1:52 AM, Troopers arrested Andrew M. LeClair, age 26, of 55 Niblick Circle, Coventry, Rhode Island, for 1.) Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine); and 2.) Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance (Fentanyl). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Providence. LeClair was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a bail violator.
On Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 3:04 AM, Troopers arrested Aleceiby Araujo Ventura, age 30, of 375 Norwood Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving; and 2.) Duty to Stop Accident Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle. This arrest was the result of motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 95, in the City of Pawtucket. Araujo Ventura was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
