At 3:00 PM, Troopers arrested Xavier Valle, age 20, of 270 Chad Brown Street, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Providence Police Department for 1.) Domestic Vandalism and 2.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
