At 10:15 PM, Troopers arrested Tracy Andrade, age 34, of 7 Lockbridge Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Railroad Street in the City of Central Falls. Andrade was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 12:15 AM, Troopers arrested Tyler Moody, age 32, of 47 Bracken Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance 1-10 grams (Methamphetamine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Whipple Street in the City of Providence. Moody was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 4:05 AM, Troopers arrested Remy Tondreau, age 45, of 67 Frazier Pasture Road, Taunton, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Tondreau was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
