At 1:56 PM, Troopers arrested Earl Clifford, age 61, of 104 Jenckes Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Disorderly Conduct and Willful Trespass originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mendon Road in the Town of Cumberland. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters, where he was processed and later turned over to the Woonsocket Police Department.
At 6:05 PM, Troopers arrested David Ferreira, age 19, of 6 Terrace Ave, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving so as to Endanger Resulting in Physical Injury, 2.) Duty to Stop in Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle (Two Counts), 3.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty and 4.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense (Two Counts). The arrest was the result of an attempted motor vehicle stop and subsequent motor vehicle accident on Diamond Hill Road in the Town of Cumberland. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a Notice to Appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 12:24 AM, Troopers arrested Jaylanie Rosado, age 22, of 12 Bodell Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of a No Contact Order – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned as a probation and bail violator and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center.
At 12:24 AM, Troopers arrested Luis Cedeno Cruz, age 22, of 24 Greeley Street Apt. 3, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and issued a Notice to Appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Ian Rodriguez, age 36, of 485 Public Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Frye Hearing on the original charge of Manufacturing / Delivery, Possession W/ Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance originating out of Attorney General's Office and 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Larceny
