At 7:30 PM, Troopers arrested Dexter Ortiz, age 19, of 299 Potters Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge of Disorderly Conduct, originating out of the State Police - Wickford Barracks. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Ortiz subsequently being located by the Pawtucket Police Department. Ortiz was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a pending Third Division District Court date.
At 12:14 AM, Troopers arrested Elizabeth M. Henthorne, age 41, of 52 Sleepy Hollow Road, East Greenwich, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 North, in the Town of East Greenwich. Henthorne was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a pending Third Division District Court date.
