At 8:15 PM, Troopers arrested Angelik Walters, age 34, of 32 Third Ave, Apartment 2, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 South in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 12:15 AM, Troopers arrested Jose Vargas Santiago, age 45, of 66 Lisbon Street, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs - B.A.C. Unknown - Third Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator.
At 3:15 AM, Troopers arrested Jacob Perry, age 36, of 80 Curtis Street, Apartment 601, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Violation of a No Contact Order – 3rd and Subsequent Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator.
