At 7:45 PM, Troopers arrested Phe Oeur, age 42, of 24 West Street, Attleboro, Massachusetts for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety. This arrest was the result of an attempted motor vehicle stop on Route 295 North in the Town of Cumberland, and the Massachusetts State Police locating Oeur in the Town of Attleboro, Massachusetts. The subject was issued a Notice to Appear in Sixth Division District Court and turned over to the Massachusetts State Police.
At 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Tracy Tuttle, age, 41, of 383 Carrington Avenue Apt #2, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - .15 or Greater – 1st Offense (Phase I: .177% & Phase II: .191%). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Valley Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace before being released to the custody of a responsible adult.
At 3:03 AM, Troopers arrested Jessica Cruz, age 40, of 295 Prairie Avenue Apt. B, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – 1st Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
