At 11:10 AM, Troopers arrested Willie Franklin, age 63, of 485 Douglas Pike, Smithfield, Rhode Island on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. Franklin was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court.
At 1:17 AM, Troopers arrested Kennedy R. Terrero, age 33, of 140 Allura Lane, Unit A4, Johnston, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance
