Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM, Troopers arrested Iliandro Freitas, age 19, of 398 Armistice Boulevard, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Conspiracy, 2.) Forgery and Counterfeiting, 3.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses over $1,500 and 4.) Check Kiting. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. Freitas was arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.

On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 9:00 PM, Troopers arrested Brandon Reyes, age 25, of 70 Woodland Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Reyes surrendering himself to the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Reyes was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 10:57 PM, Troopers arrested Zackary W. Karnley, age 19, of 12 Steere Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street, in the City of Providence. Karnley was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a bail violator at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 1:55 AM, Trooper Doherty arrested Jena N. Jones McSwain, age 30, of 83 Gallatin, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving After Suspension of License Certain Violations – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Exchange Terrace, in the City of Providence. Jones McSwain was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 3:27 AM, Troopers arrested Patricia Lee M. McCaughey, age 46, of 245 Manton Street, Trailer 206, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on a Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the charge of Domestic Violation of a No Contact Order – Third or Subsequent Offense originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of an investigation into a motor vehicle crash on Route 95, in the City of Providence. McCaughey was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Center.
